Local Law 97 & Electrification Options

Our Contractor Services Group offer consistent webinars, presentations, and live-training workshops, geared towards HVAC and Plumbing Contractors, Industry Associations and Wholesale Distributors. Our team is made up of knowledgeable and experienced industry veterans whose full-time role is to provide:

Our quotation process includes equipment commissioning and start-up for specific commercial products. Wales Darby ensures your new hydronic system is installed properly and tested according to the specifications and requirements of the building, so you can get on to your next job.
Warehousing & Logistics
Customer service, product availability and logistics remain the cornerstone of being able to best serve our trusted distributors. Wales Darby offers over 30,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space to fulfill the needs of our longstanding partners and to act as an added buffer location when necessary; whether it be your customers picking up, next day parcel or LTL shipments. Additionally, our Customer Support group, is available to assist from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Joint Sales Calls, Marketing Support & Training

Architects and MEP Engineers face a multitude of factors during the design and schematic phases before arriving at the final construction documents. Quick turnarounds are often expected, and no two buildings are alike. Our team of experts can easily customize a solution that is right for the application. Our application engineers can write, recommend, or review your project specifications, assess outcome requirements, and advise on best products or system solutions. If a less hands-on approach is requested, Wales Darby consistently helps other designers meet their challenges with fast response times and accurate equipment sizing and selection, customized written specifications, and schedules, as well as piping and wiring schematics that are ready to “drop” into your plans.
When creating a specification, sometimes visualization is important. Whether it be the look of terminal units in the tenant or owner’s space or building smaller mechanical rooms due to square footage constraints, seeing is believing. Not only does Wales Darby create detailed mockups and schematics to show a client, but we provide samples big and small utilizing our product showrooms. This allow customers to view the proposed equipment first hand and allows us the ability to answer any questions they may have which leads to better understanding their needs and customizing a solution that fits.
Our Commercial Engineering Department offers presentations geared towards Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Engineers; Building Owners / Property Managers; Architects; and Industry Associations. We offer a catalog of 1-2 hour PDH presentations that can be booked for a breakfast, lunch hour or customized for a special dinner event.
