Family-owned and operated since 1974, Wales Darby is now in its third generation of ownership and leadership. Through these years, we have always put an emphasis on family - whether it be the family of our employees, the family of our customers, or the family of our manufacturers and business partners. This focus has allowed us to promote a culture of cooperation, dedication to excellence, and respect for all. As a result, Wales Darby has cultivated lasting relationships with our industry partners – the manufacturers we represent, the engineers and contractors for whom we provide design, training and troubleshooting assistance, and the distributors for whom we provide marketing, training, and customer support for the products and systems they sell.
